Susan said she's taken her vehicle there before, she gets some feedback but not too much. She left her vehicle there, they left her a note in the drop box, but they didn't really look at her vehicle right away, they were really busy and had 8 vehicles in front of her. She was hoping to get the service done in one day but that didn't happen, she was able to get the service done the next day.
