Exceptional Service
Today was oil change day. And as always I was thoroughly taken care of. I dote on Autonology not because they are kind, reasonably priced and professional, I do it because when you receive exceptional service it is good to share that with others who are looking for the same type of quality service. Here are a few examples of what I deem as quality: First, I received a message asking how my vehicle was running since my last visit. Secondly, I communicated back several weeks later to book my appointment. Shortly after I received a very prompt message letting me know that I was all set up. I called the week of my appointment to hear a kind and courteous staff on the other end of my call. I had my days mixed up and was quickly given the
correct information. Lastly, I walked into the warmest welcones as I entered the building and immediately assisted. I chose to wait in the beautiful, clean, accommodating waiting room. And the offered water and snacks were a plus. I duly noted that Autonology didn't just expand their business but they also hired more professional and kind staff to assist in meeting their customer's needs. I would just like to add an observation: Upon my cashing out, I observed Sam patiently listening to a customer, advising him and making sure his vehicle needs would be met, there was no rushing or interruption, just plain exceptional service. I know my reviews are long, but how could they not be when you find a business of this caliber that treat you like family, from the porters to desk!!! Thanks Guys!!

My Go To For Mercedes Maintenance
Required "B" Service on my Mercedes. They spotted some other issues of note and a timeline of needed repair. I OK'd their recommendations and when I picked up my car, I went from a great drive, to amazing drive. Professional, personable, and precise. Autonology in ls my piece of mind on anything Mercedes related.

Fast, professional and courteous service
I knew my wife’s Mini Cooper needed some serious work. I had to call a mechanic to make a house call to get the car running so she could get to her job. The mechanic said the upper head of the motor needed to be replaced at an extraordinary cost. So much for him. Then I took the car to a well known foreign car shop on Kedzie in Evergreen Park and was treated with extreme rudeness when I simply asked him where he needed me to park. So much for him. Finally I remembered the foreign car specialist called Autonology on Western and took the car there. By this time you can imagine my skepticism walking into their shop but honestly it was the best decision I’ve made in a long time. Not only was I greeted as a valued customer but I was informed of every diagnostic and cost. I was quoted an estimate for the repair based on parts and labor that struck me as correct. But get this, Autonology called to tell me that the estimate was reduced because of a lower total price of the parts as ordered!!! Needless to say Autonology was a great experience. The car was finished in two working days and my wife said it drives smoothly like a sports car. I highly recommend this shop for its honesty, courtesy and professionalism. They have my business in the future.

Great Dealership
As an aged senior with health problems, I've appreciated the comfort of knowing I don't have to worry about my Volvo 850. Autonology has
always kept it in working order, and it's considered as old as me. Their attention and help have provided a source of relief. Additionally I've always been impressed with the professionalism and competence of staff. All are exceptionally courteous. I will always be grateful for their service.

Additionally the new waiting room is especially impressive and a nice place to wait in comfort.
