Timothy said the repairs were done well. The technicians did not plug in his vehicle to the charger prior to it becoming inoperable after a few days. It ended up having to be totally rebooted.

Cecilia said she was good with the repair but not with the customer service. They said it would take four weeks and it did. She felt their updates weren't up to her standards and on the link that they provided, which was pretty good, they gave her conflicting information. It said the parts had been ordered and then another time they said they were about to order the parts, she wished their communication would've been a little bit better. The person preparing her estimate was good and the receptionist was great, the guy who helped her was ok and she was neutral on her opinion of him. She chose this facility because she bought her vehicle there and she knew the parts would be adequate and certified.
