Oil change
Walked up and spoke with the cashier and asked if I would have to make an appointment. He asked when did I want to have it done? I stated on my lunch break. The tech came and got my keys. Excellent customer service and very efficient.

Brake job
I set up an appointment for a very minor issue, and on the way there, I heard brakes grinding. Ryan added the brake job to the order and the mechanic completed the job in a reasonable amount of time even though the brake job was not planned. I had to wait for the car, and that was taken into consideration

Trusted shop and honest!
I almost don’t want to write this review bc then they might get so popular. But this place is too good to keep to myself. I take in 3 cars to them and I will continue to do so. As a female, it’s hard to find a mechanic that treats you with respect and fairly. Most importantly is that they don’t talk down to you. AZ Auto Tech is WONDERFUL! I feel so confident to take my car and other family members cars in. You truly get honest and caring results. Dave the owner is nothing but honest in taking care of your car and needs. Ryan at the front is kind of gets you taken care of. I found them based off reviews and those reviews lived up to their rating.

Correct diagnosis
Had two other mechanics misdiagnose the issue with the car and charge for things not needed. AZ Auto Tech recognized the root problem, which turned out to be a basic brake adjustment and charged a fair price.

I needed a code checked and an oil change & they got me in the next business day. They were professional, reasonably priced and came highly recommended- I now know why!
