Claimed fraud but refused to give me my money back
I tried to purchase parts for my side by side online but they claimed it seemed like fraud. I sent them what they requested to verify my identity and they said it still wasn't good enough.

I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money but they only canceled the order and refused to give my money back.

Such a huge hassle just for them to steal my money.
