My Go-to Automotive Mechanic
I can’t say enough about the exceptional high quality service at Babcock Automotive! I had an urgent need to address a failed ignition switch. Danny and his team got me in and back on the road the same day, and that was after bringing my car in at noon. I couldn’t see how many lifts they had, but there were a lot. Extremely clean waiting area and outstanding front desk staff in Chad and Jeff. Loved the aquarium and the parrot. Danny really worked with me, and his pricing was outstanding given the type of work they had to do.

I just moved to San Antonio and told Danny he’s my mechanic for as long as I live here!

Got the work done but conned me over the phone
They got the oil and transmission fluid change done, and rotated tires and inspected my car. But they told me on the phone 8.99 for the cabin filter change and charged me 89.99 for it.

We're sorry if you misunderstood the price quoted over the phone for the cabin filter. $8.99 vs 89.99 is a possible point of confusion. However, if you'd asked about it at the time of check out we could have either explained or tried to help you out.  When we tried to call you, you hung up. We have to assume that the CVT Service, BG Fuel System Service and Mobil One Oil Services were performed to your satisfaction at the quoted prices. Once again we apologize for the confusion. An activated charcoal premium cabin filter cannot be purchased for $8.99 anywhere, let alone, include the installation which necessitates removing the glove compartment on your particular yr, make and model.
