Excellent Mechanical Experience & Customer Service
Bailey's is second to none when you require automotive repair in the Puyallup area. I've been using them for over 3 years. They've done radiator work, installed a new transmission as well as a new rear differential for me. They have fair pricing and wont try to sell you something you don't need (great diagnostic skills). Nate and his mechanics are as honest as the day is long.

Horrible.
Ok. They have had our truck for over a month. Had to order a transfer box from SC. It got lost in transit. Never called us with updates. We had to call and pry info out of them. Have extended warrenty which covered repairs but we owe them over $500 in taxes. I think they just want more money. Beware. We thought our deductible only.

Terrible place to go
EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED! My first appt there was an oil change. Everything went well and everyone seemed nice. They recommended me to get a new Axel and gave me a quote in $300 range after parts labor and taxes so I set up an appt to get it taken care of. I drop my car off on a Friday morning at 9am and it's suppose to be a 2.5 hour job they said. Don't hear anything and I had to call at 4pm finally to ask for an update. They tell me they haven't been able to get my axel off and need another part which will be another 80$ I'll have to pay for that and now they have to keep my car until Monday. Monday comes and I don't hear anything so I call about 3:30pm and they said my car is finally done but now my total went up even more and I had to pay $580 now because they had to Break some parts off and cut some wires off and replace them because they couldn't get my axel off. I was never updated about the price increases at all until everything was done and I was forced to pay. I will NEVER bring any cars here and will not ever recommend them to anyone. No communication at all!

A true honest Mechanic!
As a woman, you know the mechanics see you coming, and they see dollar signs! NOT THIS GUY!!!!!! My husband and I were told by an auto part store the our starter was going out and we were referred to Bailey's Complete Automotive. Two days prior to coming in to Bailey's, he (Neal) quoted us $342.00 to replace our starter and when I brought it in he said the starter was fine and the battery was dead. Our bill dropped dramatically! I was so shocked that honest mechanics still exist!!! 'Thank you Neal' for going the extra mile when you didn't have to. I will refer all my friends to you in the future!!!!!

Bad service Rude people
I had my truck towed to Baileys auto repair shop 5 days ago , they called and said truck was ready , I went to get my truck and it wouldn’t start , they said they would look into it hour later they calld and said they put a new starter in it but it needs a tun up $800.00 I said that was to high I said jest change me ( in line fuel filter and I would have a tune up at another shop for $128.00 near buy , they charged me $90.00 for the ( in line fuel filter ) also a ripoff and I ask for my ( old ) parts they gave me the ( in line fuel filter ) but refused to give me the ( old starter ) I don’t think they put in a new starter , I went back in ask for the ( recipe ) they payed for a new starter they ( refused ) Don’t use this company .

Prompt and corteaus service
I'm a DIY myself an had trouble replacing a part because I couldn't loose a nut that was too tight they gave me an appointment and have my van ready very quick ver friendly staff and ver accommodating of my time frame.

Bailey's Auto Service really helpful
I was about to buy a Toyota Land Cruiser 1984 on EBAy but decided against it after reviewing their checkup. I was able on CARFAX to see that this car had a checkup recently and called Baily about their findings since they report service on the car they do to CARFAX. Payson over the phone was helpful and Emailed me the full report. Thank you at Baily's and I give them a 5 star for their helpfulness
Mike said the employees were really quick and did a really good job. He enjoyed talking with the person at the front desk and said he was very personable.
Frank said he is new to Washington and found this business on Yelp. He called at 8 am ,was told to bring it in and it was ready the next day. It was great service and he will go there in the future.
