Just paid off my Outlander Sport and immediately started having mechanical issues, took it to dealership to fix a ticking noise, they found 500.00 worth of issues other than why I took it there, before diagnosing my suv. Returned for the same issue and they charged me 170.00 for diagnostics said I needed some valve changed that was causing my car to idle rough, but had to come back they didnt have the part, came back replaced part almost 700 more and still didnt resolve the problem. Came back to get a timing belt that they recommended next, they said Mitsubishi wont cover it under the powertrain warranty. A month later, yesterday my power to my engine goes into limp mode frustrated about to buy a new car today, but decide to call a local shop after reviews and took a chance. They took care of me told me that my engine was fine and that I didnt need a timing belt, but did need an a/c condensor that was making the noise, fixed some other issues, bad battery, brakes, rotors oil change, cabin filter, car ran so much better on my way home! No new car payments for now! Next, the a/c condensor, if that fixes that ticking noise, Ill be over excited!
