Not the best experience. Brought 2 vehicles in for 8:30 appointments and this one sat until I went up and reminded the person behind the counter (who was the owner) it needed tires and an oil change. When I made the appointment online i selected that i wanted synthetic blend for oil. I also told them in person I wanted the blend. I went to pay and I was then told full synthetic was placed in the car without asking or checking with me first. I told him that I had explicitly told them to but the blend in and was told “well it’s already in the car”

Hi Mrs Corley, please accept my applogies, we are using this new tool since 2 weeks. You sent two messages for two vehicles, I saw only the first one, an oil change without any specific oil. Sunthetic blend for the second one. It's my bad, sorry for that. Please acceept my apologies. You will be reimbursed for this oil change.
