On 09/20, the service department admitted overcharge of $136.46. They guaranteed refund' called back on 09/09/2024 and guaranteed refund. on 09/10/2024 was called ...check in the mail. today is 09/26/2024 and no check and they will not return my calls. If anyone ever buys a car from these people check the financing agreement very carefully because if you overpay, you will never receive your money.
