I feel like I won the lottery!
BB’s came recommended to me by other MB’s owners (who service three of their vehicles there). Terri was knowledgeable and helpful on the phone and was able to schedule the 60K mile service on my MB 2018 GLC 300 4 Matic within 2 days. This was critical, b/c I was past due on having my service completed, yet I was about to leave on a lengthy trip. She was equally pleasant and helpful upon arrival. She answered all my questions and provided extensive explanations. The drivers and workers were friendly & genuine. The work done was thorough & based on needs, but was not excessive or unnecessary (like dealerships often recommend). The prices were fair and definitely more reasonable than other locations. It was 100% worth the driving from Memphis, even if it did involve driving down Lamar, (it was still worth the trip). I will no longer take my MB anywhere else - even if I have to push it down there. Thank you BB’s!
