I have been extremely frustrated with my service advisor and the service team at Bentley Hyundai. My car has been at the service center for three weeks now and the only update I've been receiving is "waiting on diagnostic". I don't even think my vehicle was looked at the first two weeks of it being there, as I was not able to receive an update or get in contract with my service advisor AT ALL. Everytime I called the service center or tried to contact my service advisor, my call would get forwarded and it would go straight to someones voicemail. I have yet to receive a call regarding the status of my vehicle (besides waiting on a diagnosis) to date. I am beyond frustrated, it makes me want to sell my car so I don't even have to deal with the service center at Bentley Hyundai.
