The 2 service providers at Big Foot Auto were both curteous, careful listeners as well as good communicators. They evaluated my cars brake problem, and referred me to the Toyota dealer. The issue is apparently complicated and with luck, toyota will have it back together in 1-2 weeks time. I highly respect a good mechanic who knows when and to whom to make a referral & I believe they have done well to do so this time. I will only give positive feedback at this point in time. I'm so grateful our small town has them here and will definitely bring my car back there the next time service is needed
