I have done business with Bill Smith Auto for years. Now that I am retired, I depend on them more since there are jobs I can no longer do myself.
I trust them enough, that I can take a car in, tell them what is needed, and don't even worry about the price because they are going to be fair.

inspection for upcoming trip
We moved here over a year ago from New Hampshire. Last year our AC was not working in our 2017 Lexus, and even though they took 3 full days trying to figure it out, they fixed the problem and charged us virtually nothing, like $75. They care more about their customers than they do about overcharging. Today we brought in the same car for an overall inspection as we are driving back to New Hampshire for the summer. They told me I needed all new rotors and brakes, but then after reviewing it, they told me we only needed rear brakes and rotors. Again, it was obvious that they cared more about their customer than charging for work we didn't need. This place is old school and reminds me of the way businesses used to treat customers. Refreshing to say the least.

Excellent service
We had another great service visit at Bill Smiths. This time was for routine maintenance and state inspection of our 11-year old van. They recommended rear brake pad replacement which explained the noise I had been recently hearing while backing up. So happy they looked at the car closely as I will be driving a long distance soon. The van stays in great shape with Bill Smiths watching it. Service costs were estimated and they called to authorize additional work, so no surprises on the bill. Recommend you make an appointment because they are a busy shop.
