Truck is not fixed and lights not installed correct
I brought the truck in and the shop had it for about a month. They usually do a really good job, but this time I feel like I was sidelined. They were supposed to diagnose a clunk that could be heard and felt in the floor pan while driving. I was unable to help them replicate the vibration that could be felt in the floor pan after they had it for about a month. When I picked up the vehicle on June 6, I could still hear the clunking while driving home; though, it’s a less prominent than before. So, they charged me a diagnostic, but didn’t actually diagnose it. It seems like they waited until the last minute to actually diagnose the truck. As far as the LED light installation, the shop did not install them correctly, and they don’t work at all. I just decided to forget the LED lights. I’m hoping that next time will be better service.
