I searched on Google for auto shops near me and Blackline came up so I decided to take a chance. I’ve always had my services and repairs done at Honda but I decided to take my car in for a cranking problem. They checked every major system there is to check with problems like this. They answered their office phone every time I called which I appreciated very much. They gave me full reports on what the progress was and which stage of the inspection they were in. I also explained to him that my local Honda dealer recommended replacing struts and shocks that were going bad. The technicians at Blackline found nothing wrong with my struts and shocks. All my systems were working fine, they did point out what could be a minor repair but optional. All I simply paid for was for the diagnosis and it was HALF the cost of what most mechanic shops charge which I did not mind paying especially for their honesty and knowledgeable team.
