Aftermarket items presented installed properly and acceptable within reasonable time was acceptable
I have been bringing my multiple cars for more than 15 years include a collectible mustang which is always handled properly, fixed timely reasonable pricing and recently installed an aftermarket items to a newly bought car. Fair pricing and Timely completion And better than dealership prices.

I came in with a bad problem. They find out was the problem and fix it the same day. i lighted that with no down time, for the next day. the cost was nice. I been coming here for years.

Very unprofessional
Very bad experience they had my car for 2weeks and the job was supposed to be max 3days went to pick up car,car wouldn't start told them the text came out it started up told them I was afraid to drive the car they didn't care ,drove the car got stranded that night had to pay out of pocket to get car towed back there.they mechanic told me that he accidentally didn't notice my fuse box was melted where he replaced my relay switch,I got another fuse box it takes 15mins to put in they charged 218$ supposed to be for a 30min job.pick up car again and this time my power steering is empty and I assume it's leaking as well they told me to leave it I refuse to leave it again because they going to find some type of way to get more money I have a paper copy of when they did a diagnostics check and they said the only leaks I have is a transmission leak from the seal and a oil leak from them oil pan gasket never had a power steering pump issue until I went to get my car I have spent almost over 3000$ and was only expecting to spend 1500 +800 for the fuel pump. I spent a 180$that wasn't my fault because the lack and unprofessional work they did I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business here they also tried to get another 500 from me they recommended fixing the oil leak that comes from the oil pan gasket and the leak from transmission pan gasket and valve cover gasket. When I first took my car up there it was for fuel pump and rear main seal replacement, they recommended me getting the fuel pump fix then come back and get the rear main seal fix as if I didn't have enough money to fix everything after I told them to tell me the total price for rear main seal and fuel pump the total was 2400 I said ok fix then she said with a attitude well we need 500 deposit I said that's no problem I bring after I get done visiting my father then she said we take debt card as well I said Kool give me 15mins I just have to transfer funds after she noticed that I had money her attitude changed and I been having problems with car every time they fix or half fix something I will never again do business there.

Best A/C repair and replacement
Recently took my 2015 Cadillac to BLC in hopes of simply charging my A/C to get it back running. Although they tried, No such luck, had to have the compressor replaced. It is now running smoothly and it’s ice cold! So very thankful to get my A/C back! Thank you!

Honest Mechanic
Mechanic was referred to me by a friend. My husband and I just helped our son purchase his first car to drive to school when he starts college in the Fall. After purchasing it, we wanted it to get checked out to make sure nothing was wrong with it since it was a 12 year old used car. They confirmed the car was in good condition and recommended two repairs we should get in the future but was not 100% needed right away as the parts were just a little worn and not broken. I appreciate their honesty, as I have had bad experiences with other mechanics. I will be bringing the car back next month to get the repairs. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Positive with a negative I pay for a Diagnostics for they can find the problem one out of two was found they told me I have to do it again next time which mean I have to pay again it happened last time too but I'm happy one of the problems was solved

Alternator not fixed or looked at
Just got a repair for a battery terminal but it’s really the alternator having problems . They gave my car back too fast
