Check Engine Light-On --Talked with Melissa. She explained how they make appt's, diagnose problem, send estimate for approval. Once approved, work is completed and road tested. If tech needs more info. ,he will call owner. Once car or truck is completed, Melissa will call owner. I had a Great experience. I would Highly recommend Bob Crevaux's Wayne Auto Works.
