My wife and I bought a car last week and it was a wonderful experience thanks to our Sales Professional-Victoria! She answered the phone and was able to find the vehicle we were looking for and we set an appointment for the next day to test. Please set an appointment with her to allow the time to find what you need. We arrived and asked for her specifically. She had the requested vehicle ready for a test drive, which we took. The vehicle was just as advertised and the pictures were accurate. She walked us through the paperwork and completed the process and we drove the vehicle home. There were some after the sale issues that she quickly handled to complete the process. Wow is all I can say! Thanks to the Bob Howard team for hiring a female in a male dominated profession, that takes courage.
