Since 1997, Bob Thomas Automotive has grown from a 4 bay, 2 technician shop to a 10 bay, 5 technician shop. In 2010, BTA expanded our facility to include a new 6000 sq. ft. shop and added 2 new technicians to our staff to serve the needs of our customers better. It allows us to focus on our expanding fleet customer base in the new 12-bay Since 1997, Bob Thomas Automotive has grown from a 4 bay, 2 technician shop to a 10 bay, 5 technician shop. Best local auto and truck service
I needed more information about a symbol that appeared on the car’s screen and a new fob battery. When I called Thomas Auto about these things they found time for me to come in right away. Thanks John and Jeramy for your interest and efforts. I have been with Bob Thomas since Bob opened this business many years ago and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

In a society where customer service is not what it once was, Bob Thomas has stayed the course and has not wavered from their commitment to honest work. There are very few businesses in the Rogue Valley that I can count on. Check engine light on...Loren and technicians quickly determined issue and most importantly worked hard and took time to get our existing warranty to work with them for repair so we did not have to go to the dealer..!!

Not just your normal service
Scheduled an oil change and voiced our concerns over our daughter’s 280, 000 mile car; I asked Loren the service writer if they would checked it out for us giving to give us peace of mind. They took the extra time to look it over for any safety concerns and did not charge us any additional cost!
They treat you as a family member would!
PS. They advised us the vehicle was safe to drive and didn’t need anything other than the oil change.
We are so Blessed having a a service and repair facility in our lives and in our community!
