Alberto said the window, when he puts it up, is making an noise, wasn't there before. They sanded out a piece instead of fixing it. Needs the deductible back because it wasn't his fault. When he went there they didn't want to give him the vehicle, he went to look for it, he found it. He said the guy was acting like he didn't want to help him. He knows it was late, they kept delaying the date to get the vehicle, they charged him the deductible $1000 to get the vehicle and it was very stressful.
