Kathleen said when she went to pick up the vehicle, they wanted her to pay for it with a bank check, they didn't want to take her debit card. They did end up taking her debit card because they would've had to wait to be paid otherwise. It would've been helpful to know that up-front and they should make that known, especially when the person picking up the vehicle isn't the one dropping it off. Other than that, everything was fantastic.
