Missing wheel hub dust cover after alignment

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. However, during a wheel alignment service the wheels and hub caps are not removed, and there is no reason to access or remove a wheel hub dust cover as part of that procedure.
Our alignment process involves adjusting suspension components while the vehicle is on the alignment rack, and it does not require removing any wheel or hub components.
Because of this, it is very unlikely that the dust cover issue is related to the alignment service performed.
