We're truly sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience at our shop. When you first brought your truck in, we diagnosed a leaking oil cooler. Unfortunately, the required replacement part was on backorder for an extended period of time.
In an effort to minimize your downtime, we located a reseal kit and proceeded with removing and resealing the oil cooler. When the leak reoccurred about six weeks later, we reinspected the vehicle and confirmed that the oil cooler was leaking again. By that time, a replacement was finally available. We immediately sourced the part and installed a brand-new oil cooler at no cost to you—including all labor and fluids.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience it caused. Our intention from the start was to get you back on the road as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. When that initial solution didn’t hold, we did everything we could to make it right.
