Inspection OK, bad communication
Took my 2024 truck for inspection, squeaky brake since they installed February this year and tire rotation. This by all rights, this should be less than a 3 star review, as I will avoid this shop in the future. This was probably my 3rd visit over all. I had to call to get status, they thought they had sent a text, no text received. When I spoke to Jim on phone, they had cleaned my front left pad and rotor - thank you sir!. . .When I arrived, the younger guy behind the counter was pretty dismissive & full of excuses - like last time I interacted with him: he didn't hear any squeak & nothing was done, thought it was only in the morning it squeaked & said they do tire rotation with oil change. . .I guess I can't request a tire rotation outside of an oil change? Also, it was documented on the work order that front left pad and rotor were cleaned. It still squeaks and the job wasn't cheap. I was cautioned by neighbors that this place isn't cheap - figured if they do good work, at least it would be worth it at least - as if. . .
