Brake noise issue solved
Had my brakes replaced at MrTire ,Mechanicsville Md , life time warranty . Constant noise when braking . Took it back three times for them to correct the problem. Then was told to take it to dealer ship to get it fix and they ( Mr Tire ) would reimburse me . Want to dealer ship and it was a whole other issue . I felt they were trying to rip me off also . So I googled best place to get brakes fixed (Boswell’s Auto Service ) came up and it had great feedback. Meeting the owner Tom , very impressed with him , he listened to me . The issue that I was having and the conversation I had with Mr Tire and issue not resolved. And I was so impressed with the service and the way they documented everything for me , to give me the information back to ( Mr Tire ) on what they found, so I could get reimburse for the repairs .

Always Awesome at Boswell Auto Service.
They're just genuine folks who stand behind their work. I love Rachel, she's the friendly face who greets you when walking in and knowledgeable too. My truck broke down in LaPlata and Boswell's was the only trustworthy auto service that I could think of. I called and Mr Boswell answered told me to call his tow guy Brandon. Brandon was very friendly too and rescued me in a matter of minutes. Mr. Boswell called me shortly after my truck arrived to let me know the diagnosis and gave me of very fair estimate. Truck was ready the next day. Love the Boswell Auto Service team. This was not my first visit with them and they will be my auto service team! I also love the fact that diagnosis and repairs are explained in a simple thorough manner. Thanks again Boswell's Auto Service!

Amazing Work, HONEST and EFFICIENT WORK
I am a fairly new resident to the area and recently bought a car on a college student budget, it quickly ended up being every college student's nightmare when being away from home with mechanics charging me nearly 300% more than what jobs would cost. I ended up finding Boswell's with amazing reviews on the day I needed it the most. Rachel answered the phone and gave me the most amazing, comforting, helpful, honest, and efficient customer service in person and over the phone, once I can to the store Rachel and Tom reassured me about the REAL COST for a job, parts, etc and I couldn't be more grateful to them for making me feel like I could breathe again and that everything would work out. They provided me with top quality customer service, and did an amazing job on my car, I feel more safe and less anxious being out on the road that Boswell's fixed my car up for me. I HIGHLY recommend for any types of jobs and this shop right here deserves the high ticket jobs instead of other local money hungry mechanics who don't care about the people, the work, and the community like Boswell's done. I can't thank them enough honestly.

Great customer service
Brought my vehicle in for a second opinion on needing an engine replacement. (Diagnosed by dealer) They took it in, ran several tests and found……NOTHING!! They were helpful, honest and nice folks. The Dealer on the other hand……?
