RESET THE BAR FOR GREAT SERVICE
Needed a short notice appointment for a pre-purchase inspection. Over the phone, it was evident that the owner was experienced in servicing this model Audi and knew the critical areas that needed careful exploration. The inspection took 2 full hours and was painstakingly thorough and carefully documented. In addition to the narrative report, the owner spent a half hour with me, explaining the findings, answering my questions and providing a rough estimate of the cost to repair the problems identified. In all, a professional service experience that saved me from making an expensive purchase decision. Time and money well spent!!
