Quality Service
I always receive quality service from Bouchillon Performance. Their staff works quickly to make the needed repairs. They are friendly and professional and always keep me informed of the things I need to take care of on my vehicle. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Alternator Replaced
My wife’s alternator died in her car on the way to work. We had it towed to Caleb and team to diagnose. They were able to get the alternator replaced quickly to get us back on the road. Great communication and customer service. Definitely recommend using Bouchillon Performance to anyone needing service.

Great work as usual
Since I’ve gotten old, I still do things like brakes and oil changes myself, but but whenever anything else comes up that either I can’t do or don’t feel like doing myself, I always turn to Randy and Caleb at Bouchillon. I know the work will be done right and I don’t mind paying to have work done if I know I can count on it being right. I’ve known Randy for years and Caleb for at least a few years and they’re honest. I won’t go anywhere else.

Beyond grateful for Bouchillon
I am new to the Charleston area, and as an automotive enthusiast who really loves and cares for his cars; one of my main fears was not having good people I can trust to work on my vehicles at my new home in Charleston.

Caleb and the guys at Bouchillon quickly put those fears to rest. They are the only shop I will deal with in the Charleston.

Very disappointed
I brought my car to them because my regular mechanic said he detected a misfire. Caleb said drop it off and we will look it over in a few days. The car sat 9 days without a callback. I called to get some response. Oh, we have been busy. The next day, Caleb said he drove the car and I ran like a top. He wanted to delve deeper into to the engine the following day. Caleb found a tick in a lifter and wanted $5000 to rebuild the engine. Since it runs like a top, I said no thanks. When I picked up the car the next day, Caleb presented me with a $500 invoice. There was never a mention of a $500 fee to just look at the motor. Of course, I paid the bill and have driven the car every day without incident. Definitely feel they took advantage of my good nature.
