I asked when I brought car in that the service reminder be updated. This was not done. The gas mileage was turned off. The clock was at the wrong time. Just shows a lack of attention to detail. What else was missed?

Accessible and professional!
If you're in need an auto body shop for your car's needs, Bowens Automotive is the place for you! Not only are they efficient, they take the time to learn your name and address you by your name - what a concept - sort of like the "olden days." My only suggestion is at some point providing car service for your local customers so they don't have to deal with Uber or Lyft. Perhaps build into the final bill. I'm quite sure your customers would rather pay Bowens Auto than any type of ride share. Thank you for providing an accessible and professional environment!

Quality automotive repair shop
I have used Bowen’s Automotive for several years now and have been very satisfied with the repairs and service I’ve received on all three of my vehicles. They are knowledgeable and their prices are competitive with other shops I’ve used in the past. I would highly recommend them.
