It was good.
Brought my 2014 Cherrokee in to have the engine replaced. they had a couple issues when I dropped it off, so they were a couple days late in getting started. As a business owner I know firsthand how the best laid plans can go awry so I was okay with that.
Once in the shop they were really good at getting it done in the time frame they planned on, and it runs great, and I didn't have any issues that required a return.
They are really knowledgeable, and Carl takes the time to explain every detail.
I would highly recommend Bowie Shell.
