A service I was told takes 70 mins
I sat in my car for 20, mins waiting for an advisor....
St 3::15 I still did not have my car back.
I went to advisor desk area....only one advisor there and asked about my car.
He looked it up...reach across to the next desk and picked up my completed work order.
My advisor was not there.
I walked out vowing never to return to this dealership!
