2013 Forester looks great…like the accident never happed!
Brandywine Coach Works in Chadds Ford did a great job repairing my 2013 Forester after a van backed into the driver’s door and fender. And they handled everything. Eric at the desk helped me schedule the repair and made sure a rental car was waiting for me. Fred Zimm handled the repair, including contacting the insurance company to revise their original photo-only estimate. Fred also kept me informed of progress and returned my calls promptly. He also went “above and beyond” by making sure my car was returned to me clean inside and out. Even the dog hair was gone!
You cannot tell that there had been an accident. The driver door and fender were replaced. The paint is perfectly matched and blended, which I had been concerned about since the original paint is almost fourteen years old and a bit faded from the sun.
As a woman, I felt comfortable at the business. The location is safe. All employees are helpful and professional. Unlike some body shops and car repair shops, I didn’t feel like I had walked into a ‘men-only’ zone. I would feel comfortable taking children to Brandywine Coach Works in Chadds Ford as well.
