I trust Brian's Tire and Service with all of my vehicles. This trip, it was my daughter's car that needed care. The work done in a timely manner and everyone there is so courteous. These days, it's critical to find a mechanic you can trust. If you are looking for a place, please try Brian's Tire and Service! Tell them Karen sent you.
I went to Brian's thinking I needed brake pads. I actually needed pads, rotors, the whole brake service,
They completed the job quickly and it was done correctly. Big thanks to Brian's Tire and Service for getting me back on the road quickly and for them being so courteous.
I'm truly grateful for thier inspection of a used vehicle that wasn't reliable. I'm grateful for their honesty and showing me exactly what was wrong with the vehicle that I did not buy.
Literally the best experience I have had with any company. Everyone was polite, asked if everything was explained to me and took care of me. Will not come to you from now on.
The service I received at Brian’s Tire Center was respectful and honest. I took my vehicle in for maintenance and tire check. They told me that everything was okay and I didn’t need any work or tires at this time. You don’t find honesty at to many places these days.
Not exaggerating, my wife and I left the shop completely satisfied with the service we received and the realization we had found our new solution for tires. The staff were more than courteous and knowledgeable. They were accommodating, helpful, informed and not pushy all of which are highly appreciated. The shop was organized and immaculate, just the way it should be.
This was our first visit and we started thinking we were going to get a flat fixed. Being thorough and professional, the staff identified the tire was actually approaching 10 years old. They and I both knew that old a tire needed to be replaced. It turns out all four tires were that old and should be replaced. There was no pressure to replace all the tires! I made that decision. The tire that brought us in could not be patched because of where the nail was in the tire. I was offered the choice of replacing one tire, two tires or all four. Additionally I was asked if I preferred good, better or best tires for the replacements. (Good, better or best are my words to convey the message their words delivered).
This shop is legit, well run, reasonably priced and guaranteed to be my tire place from now on!
I bring all my vehicles here, even my antique Chevy. Don, Ray, Brett and the boys are the best in town, as far as I'm concerned. I'm really glad to have found this place.
I was referred by Wheel Fix it. Don was so welcoming and professional. He made arrangements so I could get a ride back to work. The driver only had positive words about his coworkers. Don called in a reasonable amount of time to update me on my car. I was able to pick up my car by 4pm. I had such a pleasant experience. Definitely will be back if I need my car fixed.

Brian’s was first and only shop that figured out cause of grinding noise when turned driving slightly to right. I had asked a few reputably body shops and a few auto mechanic places already. 2 mechanic shops recommended Brian’s. Brian’s elevated my car and then discovered wobbly driver-side wheel, indicating wheel ball bearing needed replacement. They could give me a ride Wednesday to rental car place so I could continue trip plans. When I returned Friday, they gave ride from Enterprise (where I returned rental car,) to Brian’s. Everyone was happy to help and untroubled and Nick gave good explanations about mechanical condition of my car. They were super-easy to deal with. I had impression of much honesty and good caring integrity attitudes. When I commented about their seeming honesty, one worker driving said the honesty was the reason he liked working at Brian’s. I like feeling I can trust mechanic who fixes my car, since my life partly depends on it. My car 2005 Toyota Prius as over 244,000 miles odometer reading. Thanks everyone at Brian’s! You are a blessing to experience.
