Bridges is the best as far as price & workmanship

Saved the day!
Super grateful for bridges auto. Our car started hemorrhaging oil yesterday morning taking the kids to school and we needed it diagnosed and repaired ASAP as it is our only vehicle. They were able to get it diagnosed and repaired in the same day! They were kind, helpful, and understanding. They came recommended by another reputable mechanic and did not disappoint. Thank you!

I was sent to Bridges for two electrical issues with my car. They are busy because they know car and the car's issues just by model & year...just to start. They have years of superior automotive knowledge.

Poor customer service
I dropped off my car they said they woucall me to let me know in couple hours. I called at 1:30 to check on it they said the mechanic isn’t back from lunch. I don’t hear back from them.
According to google and doors hours they close at 5. I made it back at 4:40pm and they already left.
I had no car no keys and I had a lot to do and I had my luggage in my car I’m from Louisiana.
Next day in the morning I pick it up and they said nothing was done or fixed they don’t know what the issue was but I had to pay to diagnose my car $182.00 and they only sorry for my bad experience.

Saved from the sharks
I came to use Bridges in a round about way. I'm so glad I did. We have 3 KIA dealerships here in Jacksonville FL. All are what I call "bustout" operations. If you go for a simple oil change they always come to the waiting room with a list of items that have to be tended to. Everything but a heart transplant. I just had my check engine light appear and immediately called Bridges. It turns out that my gas cap was defective. All I received from them was a few pleasantries and Happy Easter wishes. In my opinion is that if I went to one of the KIA dealers they would have used that as a license to steal. Thank God there are still honest people in this world.

Misfire
2013 Chevrolet Silverado was misfiring and had power loss. Tech diagnosed and installed new plugs and wires in a short time. Truck is running like a champ at a fair price. Great customer service. I have new mechanics now.
