After installation test
After the technician reinstalled my Tow Battery Controller I tested the car battery with and without the RV connected! Before 12.5v and with the RV running test car battery was 13.95v. Excellent performance! Thanks for doing a great job!

Great Service
I thought my car battery controller from my RV line had failed. I purchased a new controller from RVi but the technician after troubleshooting the problem realized the installation was done improperly. He rewired the system with a proper ground and power line. Very happy about it now!

Worked me in
Ron said to drop it off Tuesday and they'd get it looked at. I asked them to go ahead and do a LOF and check it out as it was running rough since soon I'm traveling many miles. Communication was very good. They got it checked out in a few hours despite me not being on the schedule. The tech picked me up in it so we got to talk about it. It's running much
better after a 3 part fuel system treatment. The only negative was the price was the highest I have ever paid for an oil change, but thankful to get it in and now running better.

Rescued us!
We are very satisfied with the service. We have a fairly customized truck -Ford with a Cummins engine. When we broke down Ron saw us working on the issue and came to help. He got us right in at his shop and worked with my local garage in Montana and the parts manufacturer to get me back on the road. He kept me updated along the way.
