Reliable and consistent.
Mo is always consistent and real with me about my car. He gave me a convenient appointment in the morning before work, to drop off the car. He gave me updates via text while he was working on my car’s transmission and oil pan. Afterwards, he gave me some advice about my car and what I should do to take care of it further, but also guaranteed if something happened that he would check and complete the repairs. I will continue to go to his shop for my car repairs.
