Spoke with Steve. He said the manager explained everything and was clear about the vehicle's service. Steve said there was no seating and when the manager realized that Steve wanted to sit, he brought a chair out for him. Steve said he was there to service his 94 year old grandfather's vehicle. He said that the radio formerly was non-functional, but that they fixed it without even having to ask for it. Steve was surprised that they found the code on the door and took the initiative to fix the radio for them. Steve stated the two employees in there were great.
