Review of experience with Richy
Very pleased with our experience with "Richy", our salesman. Very personable and definitely knowledgeable about all the car models .Buying a car is stressful, especially when a person is on a fixed income. He put my wife and I at ease very quickly, unlike some of the other dealerships in the Lehigh Valley. He asked many questions to get a picture of what we both wanted and needed in a new vehicle. He was very patient !! We came back 3 times before we made the purchase. He never pressured us, and took a lot of time to explain in detail all the fine points even if we didn't understand..
I can't think of anything Richy did that we found questionable.
Give him a raise !!!!!!!
