Incredible Service
One of the few repair shops with mobile assessment capability, in addition to towing and repair services. Start to finish they had an inspection done on site at a large retail distrubution center, determined the intermodal container could not be fixed on site, but provided tow service of the container to their garage and completed the repair all within 12 hours. Incredible service

Professional staff
Staff at bruneaus are professional and knowledgeable. I dropped my car off on Friday afternoon. They looked at it and did all repairs by Saturday morning by 10 am. They called me frequently with updates and were on top of everything. As a customer I can’t appreciate that more.

Gear shift knob damaged.
Gear shift knob was damaged. No quality control at that place. Two of the pins that hold the cap on were snapped. Some type of glue (?) and scraped handle.

Ford F350 Turbodiesel repair
Our F350 Turbodiesel 6,7 pickup broke down on I91 in New Hampsire while towing our camper home from Maine. The garage RJB in New Hampshire determined that a bolt head sheared off, causing #7 fuel injector to pop out, They made a repair within a week, however missed a few things that caused smoke to emit from the engine compartment.
Once back in CT we decided to find a local garage with diesel experience and brought the truck to Bruenues for a closer look. They said there was a fuel leak and replaced some parts, including the crank case filter. When I picked up the truck, they were not 100 % sure and said still smoke coming from engine. I paid $1900, but was not comfortable nor satisfied ...so I brought it back a 2nd time. They worked diligently and found a faulty seal that the injector goes through the crank case and replaced it. That did the fix right, however another $ 600 plus . I'm not convinced the crank case filter needed replacement. None the less, it's not smoking now. My advice is to do some research to educate oneself before bringing it to the so called experts.
