Are you looking to buy a new or used vehicle, make an appointment with Whitney Matthews!! My husband Jim and I met one of the best employees at Buerkle Hyundai a few months ago when our lease was up on our Hyundai Santa Fe. We went to Buerkle to see what they had to offer. That was the day we met Whitney Matthew's. She had the answers to all our questions and concerns, especially when we were undecided to purchase or lease once again. She also was very knowledgeable about all the different models that Buerkle has for sale. She was very pleasant to work with and we quickly became very comfortable talking and laughing with her. She found us the exact model that we wanted and we picked it up a few days later. She sat with us in the car and programmed in for us the information and how to update the dashboard for our use. Being elderly, we have had many questions about all the features and how to change options. She is very prompt with her return calls and messages. Just a few days ago I called her because our car displayed low tire pressure due to all the cold weather we have been experiencing. Our compressor wouldn't start and she advised us to bring it into service. When we arrived at service, we were promptly met with "we were told to expect you"!! On her day off yet, Whitney had called service to let them know we would be stopping in. Whitney's willingness to service her customers certainly did not end when we assumed ownership of our 2025 Hyundai!
