Trust.
I tell everyone I know that they should have a mechanic they can trust. (Especially when you’re out of factory warranty)They’re hard to find. Let me save you some time. Marco at the China Town location is your guy. I’m extremely picky about my cars, and Marco exceeds my expectations. They just finished a major service, on tuned bmw, flawlessly. I couldn’t trust anyone else.

It's A Wonderful Shop
This isn't a typical mechanic experience. Marco runs a great auto shop. Interacting with him feels kinda like talking to George Bailey from 'It's A Wonderful Life.' You get the sense he's there to take care of his customers in a good neighborly way. You're not gonna get overcharged, your not gonna get pressured to order unnecessary labor. The prices are fair and the service is honest.

We have been there several times and have been extremely happy with the service we received .
We were referred to Busy Buggy. We have lived here 17 years and have been burnt on car repairs numerous times. Marco has been great. Very polite and knowledgeable. Gave us a quote much cheaper than another car repair shop. Did not try to oversell on other repairs. Very clean and comfortable waiting area.. Thank you Marco for not taking advantage of Seniors.
