100 times better than firestone. Cheaper and friendlier, too.
After wasting my time at Firestone getting a diagnostic done that took 4 hours and cost me over $150, I went to this location after running into one of their Folks by chance who handed me their card. They did a diagnostic check for me in less than 5 minutes, charged me nothing, identified a solution that was honest and proved to me that Firestone is not honest. They also provided an estimate to complete the rest of the work needed but not necessary to pass my state inspection, for more than half the price that Firestone quoted. These folks were super friendly, super knowledgeable, and definitely customer centric. The facility doesn't look as pretty as a firestone, but it is, by far, a much better option.
