I have an aging 2009 Ford Explorer and I am good for an issue every year or two. I just got done with my 3rd repair at CarCare and felt the need to leave a review. Each time I bring my truck in, the process is seamless from the first phone call, to receiving my inspection report and selecting what work I want done, to getting the repairs completed and the car picked up.
I really appreciate the thorough inspections they do. They photograph everything and provide an explanation of what you are looking at. Selecting your repairs is very modular and I’ve been impressed at how honest they are with what does need to be done immediately and what would be good to do but can wait. I’ve had other shops give me no option but thousands of dollars of work, carcare lays out what they found and the pros and cons of repairing each item or leaving it be for a while.
As someone who runs a business myself, I appreciate the honesty, transparency, and consistency they provide with each visit. They are a trustworthy go to for all my friends and family in an industry that can have some shady operators!
