My experience was very good and I had no problem in getting my work done on the vehicle.
My experience with this company is very good. I have no problem in getting no problem with my issues being resolved in a timely manner and knowing what needs to be done. All of the staffs are willing and helpful in doing their part, and I appreciate that.

Awesome mechanic and front office staff!
I’ve been taking my vehicles to Desmond for a number of years. Most recently I’ve begun taking my 2020 Range Rover. Desmond is super knowledgeable about all types of vehicles. He’s honest and very kind. Dee in the front office is amazing! She is great with accomodating busy schedules. I’m grateful for their work & stellar customer service!

Quick Responsive Service
Carlord is always responsive when needed. Staff is very pleasant, professional and empathetic to those of us with older model vehicle problems. They listened to my issue, found the problem, and provided me an accurate estimate of what I needed repaired before beginning work and confirmed with me if ok to begin. I appreciate the transparency. It makes me feel confident with no guessing on what my costs will be. Definitely a returning customer. Great service!
