This is the second time I’ve used them and I trust them completely. My car had broken down near LA and I needed it worked on before I could drive to Carlsbad. I got a quote from the other shop near LA. The other shop said it would be $387 to repair. Carlsbad collision charge me $196. I didn’t show them the other quote. The first quote was repairing two panels under my car. However, the person at Carlsbad collision brought me in the shop and showed me the damage and said that I only had to replace one of them because the other panel was just a little bit scraped and didn’t need to be fixed. The other shop was gonna replace both. I wouldn’t have known any better and would’ve paid it. I am so impressed by Carlsbad’s collisions integrity and not just trying to most get the most out of their customers. I won’t go anywhere else in the future. They have truly earned my trust, and I would recommend them to anyone.
