Honest, as always, but unable to pinpoint root cause
As always, super transparent, honest and trustworthy. That's a given. Unfortunately, this particular time, there was an issue that they temporarily resolved (air in my clutch hydraulic system caused my clutch to suddenly not work at all), but they were unable to find a leak or anything else to pinpoint the root cause. I was just told to "keep an eye on it and bring it back if anything else happens." I get it, but it's still frustrating and slightly disconcerting because it could come back and it could be dangerous depending on the situation I'm in. I understand and appreciate you wanted to save me money by putting off just replacing parts as a diagnostic technique. For safety, I'd almost rather do that than just "hope" it doesn't come back or that when it does I can safely pull off the road. That's the only reason you get 4 stars, instead of 5.
