Always the Best!!!!!
Carlton Auto is simply awesome. Was not sure if my A/C needed freon. Drove the car in the ghastly heat on Friday and initially the a/c seemed to be blowing warm air, yet after about an hour, it seemed cool. Brought the car in today, Russ called to say that the freon might be a little low, but he didn’t want to add costly freon because there might be a problem with the compressor. He said the A/C seemed to be working fine. Long story short, Russ said to come in IMMEDIATELY if the same thing was happening so they could diagnose the problem when it was happening. How honest is that???? Freon might not be the problem, so they didn’t want to charge me if it is something else. Wheaton’s Best!!!!
