I brought my 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis to Caroline Tire for a gas leak. I was told it was a gasket and would take about an hour to fix. It ended up taking four hours.
They did fix the leak, but when I picked up my car my digital gas gauge was no longer working — it now reads “E” and 0 miles to empty. It worked perfectly before I brought it in. When I returned, they claimed the fuel pump was bad, which was never an issue before.
Management refused to take responsibility, and after contacting their West Palm Beach location, I never received the promised callback from the owner. Very disappointed. I would not recommend based on my experience.
