They told me they had the parts to fix my car and to drop it off. Also, they told me that they never reuse one time use parts per Subaru. However, when I picked my car up they then told me that they reused a single use trim for my window because it was back ordered. You can see a scuff on it as well throwing off the look of the repairs. It would’ve been helpful for them to tell me that ahead of time so that I could drop off my car when they had the parts as it was still drivable. Because they only told me this when I picked it up, it made it so that I have to just accept getting less than promised due to not having the time to drop it off again.
