I feel so lucky to have found such a great garage to serve my auto repair needs. Carter is fair, quick, reliable, and honest. This is so rare and so important for an elderly female like me. These guys go above and beyond all expectations, even helping me unload a stack of farm fencing from the vehicle I needed to leave with them. Fixed hose perfect for me
Charged me $127.01 in labor to fix a $12 hose I had already taken apart for them .

This charge is a standard charge for the repair of an A/C manifold assembly.  It requires welding new barbs and time to assemble.  New it probably cost 180-200$ if it is available. Were you able to use the hose?  Yes.  Was it made correctly?  Yes.  What is the reason for 1star?  Because you thought the price was high?  That was never mentioned when we called you.  I apologize that you thought it should be cheaper, but I will not apologize for doing excellent work.

Great Job Fixing A/C
They were able to quickly get my Volvo blowing cold again, and the service included a complimentary 24-point inspection (don't be skeptical — everything checked out, except for my windshield wipers, which definitely needed replacing). The price seemed reasonable for the AC fix, and the staff appeared highly professional and ethical. Will return (but hopefully not too soon!).
